About the Project
This is a fully custom-built Stratocaster-style electric guitar crafted entirely from scratch. The project involved woodworking, electronics assembly, and a healthy dose of creativity to create a functional and personal instrument.
The build process included shaping the body and neck from raw and CNC-cut wood, installing frets, wiring the pickups and electronics, and finishing with custom engraving details and staining. I learned a lot about assembling components and and analog electronics for functionality and asthetics, mostly through lots of iterations and repair work. Woodworking's a beast.
